Peter Jones is a senior learning and development executive with over 25 years of experience and proven success in developing and executing strategies for human capital development, organizational transformation/change, and operational excellence across the learning function. His specialties include in learning strategy alignment and execution, experience-driven instructional design, and organizational development in a both a global and local scale
Peter has led key learning strategies to build organizational readiness for Health Care Reform, enterprise system/platform migrations, vendor outsourcing, multi-lingual customer service capabilities, and the development of impactful learning solutions for employee onboarding, performance management, career development, and leadership and management development.
Peter was the recipient of Learning Team Gold Award from Chief Learning Officer magazine for a number of learning initiatives that increased productivity, improved learning effectiveness, and operational excellence across the learning function.

He is on the Board of Directors for Education Works, a non-profit organization that seeks to enrich the lives of children, youth, and families by providing educational programs and services in communities confronting high rates of poverty and other barriers to educational achievement.
Gloria Sinclair Miller is a highly respected strategic Human Resources Business Partner with more than 15 years of senior human resources leadership within the pharmaceutical, retail and financial services industries.
Ms. Sinclair Miller's most recent role is Senior Director, Diversity and Talent for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals North America Commercial Business Unit. In this role, she oversees the development and execution of diversity and inclusion strategies, as well as driving the implementation of the division's People Strategy. Prior to this role, Ms. Sinclair Miller was the Senior HR Business Partner for the U.S. AZ-BMS Diabetes Alliance, driving the alignment of business strategy and human capital management in this unique joint Diabetes venture between AstraZeneca (AZ) and Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS). She continued to serve as HR Director for U.S. Diabetes upon AstraZeneca's purchase of the Diabetes business from BMS, and managed the HR integration of the 2,000 North American employees of the BMS Diabetes franchise into AZ's culture and organization.
Prior to her work with the Diabetes Alliance, Ms. Sinclair Miller held HR Management roles within the Information Technology/Enterprise Services division of Bristol-Myers Squibb for 6 years, during periods of major organizational and cultural change. For 8 years before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ms. Sinclair Miller held Regional HR Management positions with Borders Group, Inc as well as TD Bank, where she was an effective multi-unit human resources business partner, building strong alliances with operational and human resources partners, and effectively leveraging the talents and best practices of organizations undergoing both mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Sinclair Miller has assumed multiple leadership roles within the national and local chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) including serving as the Immediate Past President, of the Philadelphia Chapter of SHRM. Throughout her leadership within the Philadelphia Regional Chapter of SHRM, Ms. Sinclair Miller has been a champion in forging alliances with community organizations and businesses to lead regional efforts to support military service members and veterans in their transition to the civilian workforce. She is a committee member of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) in Southeastern Pennsylvania, and serves on the Board of Directors and is the Annual Gala Co-Chair for Liberty USO for Pennsylvania and Southern NJ.
Ms. Sinclair Miller's professional credentials include Global and Senior Professional in Human Resources Certifications (GPHR and SPHR), the new SHRM-SCP certification, as well as both a Masters and Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University and Wilmington Universities respectively.
Jennifer Lawyer has held both field and corporate human resources leadership positions in mid-sized and large organizations including State Farm Insurance Company, Kelly IT and Engineering Services and Comcast Cable Communications.
Jennifer is an Employee Relations expert and has successfully engaged HR business partnerships with senior executives, mid-level managers and employees. At Comcast, Jennifer was proudly awarded the Credo Spotlight Award in recognition of her expert handling of employee relations matters. Her experience spans both strategic and operational aspects of human resources.
Jennifer has a MA degree from Rowan University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has served on the Human Resources Committee for the West Oak Lane, PA community. Jennifer is also a lifetime member of the public service based organization, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc, and served as President for three years.
