Implemented automatic enrollment in 401 (k) defined contribution plan resulting in increased participation of 15%

Identified cost savings of $30,000 via the outsourcing of 401 (k) QDRO and life insurance claims

Successfully transitioned the administration of a 40,000 participant cash balance pension plan following an acquisition
