Created FMLA database inclusive of 76,000 leave of absence/intermittent leave of absence records.  The new database facilitated transition of leave of absence administration to an outsourcer.  The outsource solution removed compliance risks, decreased organizational spend on FMLA related matters and created consistency in FMLA administration across the enterprise

Implemented automatic enrollment in 401(k) defined contribution plan resulting in increased participation of 15%

Automated salary administration process increasing productivity by 50% and reducing error rate by 75%

Developed automated process for analysis and communication for achievement of variable compensation plan

Redesigned HR services in the United States, including HR business process re-engineering, SAP implementation (ECM, OM, PA, ESS and MSS) and HR Service Centre with Centers of Excellence

Led project implementation team as HR department liaison during transition to SAP human resources and payroll systems.  Documented legal requirements and made recommendations pertaining to standardization of policies for the HR and payroll functions

Developed and executed diversity and inclusion recruitment strategy and employment processes.  As a result, organization moved from conciliation agreement to compliance within three years
