Developed organizational standards, processes, and operating principles for learning services (training strategy development, courseware development, vendor procurement, learning administration, learning technologies and evaluation) to support business strategies

Developed performance consulting strategies to improve the efficiency of learning to ensure that solutions are comprehensive and achieve desired results.

Partnered with senior management to align and deliver learning against the required skills, knowledge and abilities needed for effective transitions in business services, processes, products, management, and systems.

Designed, developed and delivered management, professional and desktop technology skills courses to all levels of staff.  Course topics included supervisory skills, communication, change, stress management, time management, presentation skills, team building, and customer service.
